Arena Tours

Target Center provides tours of the arena every Thursday at 2:00 PM.  A tour guide will meet guests in the Main Lobby - Box Office (600 First Avenue North) and show a guided tour of the building. These tours will be provided at no charge.


For Groups of 10 (or more) reservations are required. Please call 612.673.1600.  Note:  There is additional charge for Groups.  

Tours are also available at a reserved time for an additional charge. Please call 612.673.1600 to schedule a tour or for more information.

 

ATMs

There are seven Automated Teller Machines located within Target Center.

ATM machines are located inside the arena at sections 106, 136, 206 and 236 – these machines are only accessible for guests with tickets for events.

Two additional ATM machines are also available for the general public - one in the main lobby and one on the skyway level.

 

Binocular Rentals

Target Center provides binocular rentals for a fee for many events. You may rent binoculars from the Guest Services office outside of section 138.

Camera Policy

The photography/videography policy varies by event.  For event specific questions, please call 612.673.1600 in advance.

For Timberwolves and Lynx games: Non-professional cameras ARE permitted.  

For High School Tournaments: Spectators may bring in personal cameras and personal hand-held video cameras. Spectators are not allowed to bring in tripods of any kind. Media must have proper credentials.

Catering In-House

A Chefs Production Catering is Target Center’s award winning in-house catering company.  For menu and catering needs please contact 612.673.8099

Concessions

Target Center does not allow outside food or beverages into the arena. However, we are pleased to provide guests with a wide variety of menu options.

The options listed below are considered healthier and/or vegetarian:

Fan Courtesy

Fan courtesy is an important element of enjoyment at Target Center. Improper conduct (including profane or abusive language and throwing objects) may result in ejection from the building. Repeated offenses could result in the loss of ticket privileges. 

First Aid Locations

First aid facilities are available behind section 116 in the lower level and section 216 in the upper level. Please ask the nearest usher or event staff for any assistance.

Guest Service Assistance Line

If you have a question, thought or concern, please leave a message on the Guest Service Assistance Line 612.673.1380.  Messages are checked regularly and your call will be returned.  If you are calling specifically for Lost and Found call 612.673.1333.

Guest Services Office

Target Center provides many services to our guests. The Guest Services Office is located on the lower level outside of section 138 and is open during all events.

Gift Certificates

Target Center gift certificates are available at the box office, all ticketmaser retail locations, by phone at 1.800.745.3000 or online at ticketmaster.com.  Target Center gift certificates are good for ticket purchases at the box office, as well as concessions and merchandise purchases in the arena.  Note – gift certificates can not be used for purchasing tickets through Ticketmaster.

Lost Children

Lost children are immediately brought to the Guest Services Office located outside section 138 on the lower level. If you are looking for a lost child or need assistance of any kind, please contact any Target Center event staff.

Lost & Found

A lost and found service is available in the Guest Services Office located outside section 138 in the lower level. Articles are kept at the office until the end of the event and then are stored for 15 days. For more information, please call 612.673.1333.

Non-Smoking Arena

Target Center is a smoke-free building and was the first major arena in the US designated completely non-smoking.  In addition to the arena’s own policy, smoking is not allowed in public facilities in Hennepin County.  Smoking may result in ejection from an event and/or an actual citation.  If you need to smoke, Target Center event staff can direct you to designated smoking areas.

Lifetime Fitness

Lifetime Fitness, where the belief is that a fitness facility is more than a building full of exercise equipment, aerobic studios and swimming pools; rather, it is a commitment to the health and well-being of the people they serve. Lifetime Fitness is located in the lower level of Target Center. Join In!  Call 612.486.3600 for more information.

NBA City Restaurant

NBA City Restaurant opened in February of 2006.  Its design is that of a luxury box inside the arena as it is equipped with high definition state of the art flat screen TV's throughout the restaurant and at the courtside bar, which is the center attraction of the venue. The restaurant seats up to 300 guests and has private party space available for all types of events. The Naismith room provides a great VIP space to entertain clients or staff members.  NBA City Restaurant is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner and before and after all Target Center events.  Call 612.767.2960 for reservations.

Parent’s Room

For some events, a parent’s room is made available to individuals who are not themselves attending the show. Please call 612.673.1600 prior to the event to see if a parent’s room will be available. There is no charge for use of the room.  Target Center is not responsible for any minors who are left unattended at an event.  We strongly encourage parents to use their best judgment when allowing any child to attend an event without adult supervision.

Parking

Target Center is connected by heated skyway to many parking ramps in downtown Minneapolis including the A-B-C Parking Ramps. Click here for more information: http://www.abc-ramps.com.

Pay Phones

There is a pay phone located in the main lobby.

Re-Entry Policy

Target Center has a no re-entry policy. Once you leave the building during an event, you will not be permitted to return.

Refunds

Target Center cannot refund the cost of any previously purchased tickets.

Secondary Ticket Market

Ticketmaster is the ONLY authorized ticketing agent of Target Center.  If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market (Scalper, Ticket Broker, eBay, etc) you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets.

If you wish to purchase tickets from a secondary market, we encourage the use of TicketExchange. TicketExchange is Ticketmaster's online service that enables premium and fan-to-fan transactions. Only Ticketmaster can guarantee 100% legitimate tickets, because the tickets sold through TicketExchange are linked to Ticketmaster's ticketing systems. Scoreboard Messages

Special greetings and messages may be put on the center scoreboard for most Timberwolves and Lynx games. Please call 612.673.1600 for more information. There is an additional charge and it does require five day notice prior to the game.


Special messages and announcements are not available for concerts and other events at Target Center.

 

Security Policy

Target Center creates a safe and secure environment for guests and employees. The venue security personnel reserve the right to determine the method of security checks as deemed necessary including the use of metal detectors, the search of jackets, clothing and other items.

Service Animals

All service animals are welcome. Please notify your ticket seller at the time of purchase if an aisle seat is required to accommodate your service animal.  Service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. Service animals must display proper documentation.

Pets are not permitted in Target Center.

 

Solicitation/Vending

Target Center does not permit unauthorized soliciting or collecting of contributions, vending, distribution of flyers or other promotional/advertising materials on the premises unless approved in advance by management

Wheelchairs and Assisted Hearing Services

Wheelchairs: Target Center has a limited number of wheelchairs on site for all events.  However, these wheelchairs cannot be left with the guest during the event.

Guests who require wheelchair assistance can alert the Guest Services employee at the arena entry doors.  (Due to the limited number of wheelchairs available on site, a slight delay may occur).

A guest services employee can meet a guest at either entrance of Target Center (skyway or main lobby), transport them to their seat and meet them following the event if needed.

Target Center CANNOT provide wheelchair transportation outside of the arena.

In addition, guests who have their own wheelchairs are directed to appropriate elevators when on site for an event.

Assisted Hearing Services: Listening devices are available for use during events from the Guest Services Offices located outside of section 138.  If your group requires several listening devices please call 612.673.1380 (at least 2 weeks prior to event day) to alert the Guest Service Staff.

When purchasing event tickets please request seating in the hearing impaired section as hearing impaired interpreters can be provided for events.  If have you a question about an interpreted performance, call 612.673.1380


 

Unaccompanied Minor Statute

MINNEAPOLIS YOUTH CURFEW HOURS
Target Center follows Hennepin County Ordinance No. 16, Sub. A, B, or C which established curfew times for unaccompanied youth ages 17 and under. A parent, guardian or other responsible adult should accompany youth after curfew hours.

Sun. - Thurs.- Home by 9:00 PM
Fri. & Sat.- Home by 10:00 PM

12-14 years old
Sun. - Thurs.- Home by 10:00 PM
Fri. & Sat.- Home by 11:00 PM

15-17 years old
