The 2013 WNBA Champion Minnesota Lynx tip off the 2014 home opener at Target Center on Sunday, May 18th at 4 p.m. against the Connecticut Sun, which will feature a historic ring ceremony and championship banner raising for the 2013 WNBA Champions. Led by the 2013 WNBA Finals MVP Maya Moore and All-Stars, Seimone Augustus, Lindsay Whalen and Rebekkah Brunson, the Lynx became just the fourth team in WNBA history to reach the WNBA Finals in three consecutive seasons.  Minnesota finished the postseason 4-0 at home, improving to a WNBA-record 14-2 (.875) at Target Center in franchise postseason history, which stands as the best home winning percentage in WNBA postseason history.  With head coach Cheryl Reeve back at the helm for her fifth season, Minnesota is ready to repeat and win its third championship in 2014.
