Target Center’s box office is located in the main lobby of Target Center at 600 1st Avenue North, between 6th and 7th Streets.

Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (October - April)
Saturday (May - September) and Sunday: Only open for events and on-sales. The Box Office will open at minimum 2 hours prior to all events, subject to change at any time for any event. The box office will also open for on-sales at the on-sale time only and will only remain open for 1 hour after the on-sale begins.
Target Center is closed on major holidays unless an event is taking place at the venue. Box Office hours may vary on holidays. Please call 612-673-0900 for exact hours of operation.
Please note: Due to the venue's renovation, access to this area is limited, so Target Center’s Administration Office (skyway level) will serve as a secondary Box Office for guests with limited mobility. It is open 9am-5pm Monday-Friday and during all events.
Tickets for all Target Center events may be purchased at the Box Office, online at targetcenter.com or AXS.com, or by phone at 1-888-9-AXS-TIX (1-888-929-7849). There are NO AXS service fees on tickets purchased at the Box Office.
Timberwolves single-game tickets are available online and can be purchased by phone at 612-673-1234. On game days, tickets are also available at Target Center's Box Office. For season memberships, packages, group tickets or suite rentals, contact the Minnesota Timberwolves at 612-673-1234.

Target Center's Box Office accepts payment in the form of VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash.
There are no refunds and no exchanges on any ticket purchased for a Target Center concert, game or event. In the event that a show is cancelled or rescheduled, please contact the original point of purchase.

Box Office Will Call
Pre-purchased tickets via AXS.com or via AXS call center can be picked up at the Will Call windows located at Target Center's Box Office two (2) hours prior to the ticketed event time. The customer whose name is on the order must present their valid photo ID to collect the tickets.
If a customer wishes to collect tickets that are not in his/her name, the original purchaser must call AXS at 888-929-7849 and request another name be added as an alternate pick-up. Target Center's Box Office is prohibited from providing will call tickets to anyone other than the individual whose name is listed on the order or has been added to an order as an alternate pick-up.

Ticketless (Credit Card) Entry
Paperless ticketing is an alternative delivery method to Electronic Delivery, Standard Mail, or Will Call. Instead of receiving your tickets ahead of the event, the credit card used to make the purchase will serve as your ticket. All you need to attend the show is the credit card you used to purchase the ticket and a valid, government issued ID (such as a driver’s license, state ID or passport). For more details click here.
For all Timberwolves/Lynx games and concerts: All children under 24 months do not need a ticket, but they must sit on the lap of the ticket holder. All children 24 months and older require a ticket to enter.

On-Sale Procedure/Random Number Distribution Policy
Target Center’s Box Office reserves the right to utilize a "Random Number Distribution" procedure for all concert on-sales.
The following is the "Random Number Distribution" policy for Target Center’s Box Office.
Beginning two hours prior to the scheduled on-sale time on the day of the on-sale, fans in line will receive a number. One hour prior to the scheduled on-sale time a random number will be drawn – that number will represent the first person in line for the on-sale.
The numbers will follow in numerical order after the first number is determined. Persons who arrive within one hour of the scheduled on-sale time, must line up at the end of the line of people with numbers. If a person is in line to get tickets, they must be able to stand in line alone and purchase the tickets on their own. During on-sales, the box office only accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. If using a credit card you must show picture identification. The credit card must be in your name and you may not use someone else’s credit card.
You must be in line one hour prior to the scheduled on-sale time to receive a number. If you are not, you will not receive a number and will line up at the end of the line after the line of people with numbers has been formed.
450 people are issued a random number for an on-sale. The number drawn is 362 - this will represent the first person in line for the on-sale. Everyone else would line up in numerical order following number 362 - 363 would be second in line, 364 third, and so on. The person with the number 1 would line up after number 450.
Purpose of this "Random Number Distribution":
- Prevents lineups that may interfere with other events at Target Center
- Prevents overnight camping
- Helps to prevent scalping
- Ensures everyone a fair chance to be first in line
