Target Center’s box office is locateds in the main lobby of Target Center, at 600 1st Avenue North, between 6th and 7th Streets. Parking meters in front of the box office allow easy access to Will Call or Ticket Sales Windows. For more information about events at Target Center call 612.673.0900.
Tickets for all Target Center events may be purchased at the Box Office, on-line at targetcenter.com by visiting the specific event page, AXS.com, or charge by phone at 1.888.9.AXS.TIX (1.888.929.7849). There are NO AXS service fees on tickets purchased at the Box Office.
Timberwolves single-game tickets will continue to be available through Ticketmaster at www.timberwolves.com/wolvestix and can be purchased at the Box Office. WolvesTix is your official source for authentic tickets with NO FEES, all season long. Box Office Will Call
Located in the main lobby on 1st Avenue. Tickets ordered through AXS or Ticketmaster that are held for "Will Call" may be picked up four hours prior to the event.
All AXS or Ticketmaster ordered tickets held at "Will Call" to be picked up must be in your name. You must also have the credit card used to place the order, your confirmation number and a valid picture ID to pick up the tickets.
If a patron wishes to pick up will call tickets that are not in their name, they MUST have the ticket holder on record fax a signed letter to 612.673.1343 authorizing this person to claim their tickets.
No tickets will be given to persons other than the name provided through AXS or Ticketmaster or "Will Call" without this prior authorization.

On-Sale Procedure/Random Number Distribution Policy
Target Center’s Box Office reserves the right to utilize a "Random Number Distribution" procedure for all concert on-sales.
The following is the "Random Number Distribution" policy for Target Center’s Box Office.
Beginning two hours prior to the scheduled on-sale time on the day of the on-sale, fans in line will receive a number. One hour prior to the scheduled on-sale time a random number will be drawn – that number will represent the first person in line for the on-sale.
The numbers will follow in numerical order after the first number is determined. Persons who arrive within one hour of the scheduled on-sale time, must line up at the end of the line of people with numbers. If a person is in line to get tickets, they must be able to stand in line alone and purchase the tickets on their own. During on-sales, the box office only accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. If using a credit card you must show picture identification. The credit card must be in your name and you may not use someone else’s credit card.
You must be in line one hour prior to the scheduled on-sale time to receive a number. If you are not, you will not receive a number and will line up at the end of the line after the line of people with numbers has been formed.
450 people are issued a random number for an on-sale. The number drawn is 362 - this will represent the first person in line for the on-sale. Everyone else would line up in numerical order following number 362 - 363 would be second in line, 364 third, and so on. The person with the number 1 would line up after number 450.
Purpose of this "Random Number Distribution":
- Prevents lineups that may interfere with other events at Target Center
- Prevents overnight camping
- Helps to prevent scalping
- Ensures everyone a fair chance to be first in line
Ticketless (Credit Card) Entry
Ticketless (Credit Card) Entry is an alternative delivery method to Electronic Delivery, Standard Mail, or Will Call. Instead of receiving your tickets ahead of the event, the credit card used to make the transaction will serve as your ticket. For more details click here.
For all Timberwolves/Lynx games and concerts: All children under 24 months do not need a ticket, but they must sit on the lap of the ticket holder. All children 24 months and older require a ticket to enter.

Assisted Hearing Services
Listening devices are available for use during events from the Guest Services Offices located outside of section 138. If your group requires several listening devices please call 612.673.1380 (at least 2 weeks prior to event day) to alert the Guest Service Staff.
When purchasing event tickets, please request seating in the hearing impaired section as hearing impaired interpreters can be provided for events. Interpreter seats cannot be purchased via AXS.com. In order to purchase tickets, the customer will need to contact the box office via phone (612-673-0900) or e-mail the request to [email protected].
