The Guest Services Department exists to support the efforts of all ASM Global/Timberwolves/ Lynx departments through consistent and quality distribution of service to customers and clients, both internal and external.

Note: The confirmation spreadsheets that are posted here are NOT updated after you notify scheduler of changes. Please contact Guest Services Manager to update/ change your schedule.
SCHEDULING INFORMATION

Scheduling Request Forms ARE DUE BY THE SECOND WEEK OF THE CURRENT MONTH to be processed for the upcoming month (e.g. scheduling request for March must be received by the second week of February).

Supervisors will complete the Hours of Availability Form. This will indicate your “usual” availability. On this form, please indicate the earliest call time you are usually available for each day and if applicable, what time you must check out.
NOTE: If your availability changes, please remember to submit an updated form. -
Each month, if you will be unavailable on a particular date due to personal reasons, submit a completed Time-Off Request Form.
NOTE: This is not a means of scheduling for select events. -
If you are unable to work your scheduled shift, you are responsible for finding your own replacement and informing the Guest Services Manager. Submit a completed Shift Change Form or an e-mail (with the same information as the form) to the Guest Services Manager.
