The Guest Services department is charged with the extremely important responsibility of providing our guests with services that ensure they have a first-class experience every time they visit. As a member of Target Center’s team, you play a major role in ensuring that this high standard of customer service is met and hopefully exceeded. Just remember, one moment creates a memory.

Scheduling Timeline
1st of the Month -- Target Center staff to send email reminder to submit days off.
5th of the Month -- Ushers have submitted their days off.
15th of the Month -- Target Center staff sends confirmation of schedule (or an update of when the schedule will be sent)
*Ushers have 3 days (after schedule is sent to check and make adjustments to schedule due to errors.

Target Center has a referral bonus program that could potentially earn you $150 per referral*!
If you know people that share your passion for the sports & entertainment industry send them our way! Please use your best judgment by referring individuals that are dependable and want to work on a regular basis.
Direct the people you are referring to www.targetcenter.com/jobs and select the Usher position to apply. Make sure the person that you refer puts your name in the “Referral Source” line on the application.
Instructions for completing the electronic application:
Candidate will be asked to create a username and password to apply. The username is their email address. They will then enter the application wizard where they will move from screen to screen entering in the requried information. Please tell them to always scroll to the bottom of each page and click on the next button.
*Please see the Referral Notice Form for detailed information about the referral bonus program. Below is a summary of the program:
• Current employee MUST be listed on the “Referral Source” line of the New Employee’s Application in order to be eligible for this program.
• After 3 months of employment, if BOTH employees are in good standing (no Disciplinary Report Forms within the time period) and are actively working= $50 Referral Bonus
• After 6 months of employment, if BOTH employees are in good standing (no Disciplinary Report Forms within the time period) and are actively working= $100 Referral Bonus
